Terms of Use
The agreement between you and PredictGlobe. By opening an account you accept it, so it is worth the time.
Last updated 26 August 2026
1.Introduction
- Thank you for using PredictGlobe (“PredictGlobe”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”) establish the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the PredictGlobe website, application, interfaces, Markets, trading functionality, account services, content and related features (collectively, the “Services”).
- These Terms, together with any policies, Market Rules, notices or additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, our Market Integrity Policy, and the Risk Disclosure, Fee Schedule, Restricted Countries and Regions Policy, Responsible Participation Policy and Cookie Notice published through the Platform, constitute a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your” or “User”) and PredictGlobe.
- By accessing, registering for, interacting with or otherwise using the Services, including by creating an Account, placing an Order, participating in a Market, depositing funds or initiating a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
- If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
- You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and any applicable policies before using the Services. Capitalised terms are defined in Section 39.
2.Modification and changes
- PredictGlobe reserves the right to modify, amend, replace, suspend or update these Terms from time to time.
- Changes may be made for reasons including: changes to Applicable Law or regulatory requirements; changes to the Services or Platform; the introduction, modification or discontinuation of features; security, fraud-prevention or market-integrity considerations; changes to third-party infrastructure or services; operational requirements; or other legitimate business purposes.
- The updated Terms will be made available through the Platform and will identify the applicable effective date.
- Where required by Applicable Law, PredictGlobe will provide appropriate notice of material changes before they take effect.
- Your continued access to or use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may close your Account.
3.Nature of the Services
- PredictGlobe provides an online platform through which eligible Users may access and participate in event-based Markets and related trading functionality.
- Markets available through PredictGlobe may relate to events or outcomes across categories including, without limitation, current events, economics, finance, technology, sports, entertainment, culture and other subjects made available through the Platform.
- The Services may allow Users to view Markets, review available prices and information, submit Orders, manage positions and participate in the settlement of Markets in accordance with the applicable Market Rules.
- Certain Services involve blockchain technology, digital assets, smart contracts, wallets, payment services, data providers and other third-party technology or infrastructure.
- PredictGlobe is not a bank, custodian, exchange, broker, investment adviser, money transmitter or licensed gambling operator, and does not hold itself out as such, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
- PredictGlobe does not guarantee that any particular Market, feature, asset, payment method, blockchain network or other Service will remain available, and may modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue any Service or feature at any time, subject to Applicable Law.
4.No investment, financial or professional advice
- The Services and all information made available through the Platform are provided for informational and transactional purposes only.
- Nothing made available through PredictGlobe constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice or any other professional advice.
- PredictGlobe does not provide Users with personalised recommendations concerning whether to participate in any Market or transaction.
- Market prices, probabilities, charts, statistics, articles, commentary, historical information and other information displayed through the Platform should not be treated as a recommendation or solicitation to enter into any transaction.
- Users are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with their activities and obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.
- PredictGlobe shall not be responsible for any decision made by a User based upon information displayed through the Services.
5.User eligibility and representations
- As a condition of accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by Applicable Law;

- you will comply with all Applicable Laws and these Terms.
- If you access or use the Services on behalf of an entity or another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity or person to these Terms.
- You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Services is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
- PredictGlobe does not represent or warrant that the Services are available or appropriate for use in every jurisdiction.
6.Account creation and registration
- Certain Services require you to create an Account.
- When creating an Account, you will be required to provide an email address and to verify it using a one-time code. You may also be required to provide other information necessary for account creation, security or operation of the Services.
- You are responsible for ensuring that information provided to PredictGlobe is accurate and remains current.
- Your Account is personal to you. You may hold only one Account. You must not sell, transfer, assign, lend or otherwise provide your Account to another person.
- You must not create an Account for another person or permit another person to use your Account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and authentication methods, including the email account associated with your Account. Any person with access to that email account may be able to access your Account.
- If you become aware of or reasonably suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify PredictGlobe as soon as reasonably practicable.
- PredictGlobe is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
7.Compliance and additional information
- PredictGlobe does not currently require mandatory identity verification for all Users.
- PredictGlobe may nevertheless request additional information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, geographic restrictions, legal compliance, protection of the Platform or investigation of suspicious activity.
- PredictGlobe may introduce identity verification, age verification, know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering procedures or other compliance requirements in the future where required by Applicable Law or considered appropriate.
- If PredictGlobe requests additional information from you, you agree to provide accurate and complete information within the period reasonably specified.
- If you fail to provide requested information, provide inaccurate information, or if PredictGlobe reasonably determines that your continued access presents a legal, security, compliance or operational risk, PredictGlobe may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Services, subject to Applicable Law.
8.Markets
- PredictGlobe may make various event-based Markets available through the Platform.
- Each Market may have its own Market Rules, including rules concerning: the underlying event; Market opening and closing; available outcomes; pricing; trading; resolution; settlement; information sources; cancellation; disputes; and other conditions applicable to that Market.
- The Market Rules displayed for a particular Market form part of the agreement applicable to that Market.
- You are responsible for reviewing the applicable Market Rules before participating.
- Markets may be created, operated, resolved and settled by Third-Party Services rather than by PredictGlobe. In such cases, the Market Rules and resolution process of the relevant Third-Party Service apply.
- PredictGlobe may introduce, modify, suspend or remove Markets from the Platform at its discretion, subject to Applicable Law and any obligations applicable to transactions already completed.
9.Orders and trading
- Users are responsible for reviewing all relevant information before submitting an Order.
- An Order may be accepted, rejected, partially executed, fully executed, cancelled or otherwise affected by Market conditions.
- Submission of an Order does not guarantee execution.
- Market prices may change rapidly between the time an Order is reviewed and the time it is submitted or executed.
- Once an Order has been executed, it may not be cancelled or reversed except where expressly permitted under the applicable Market Rules or required by Applicable Law.
- You are solely responsible for Orders submitted through your Account.
- PredictGlobe does not guarantee that a particular price, quantity, execution or liquidity level will be available, or that you will be able to exit a position before a Market resolves.
10.Market resolution and settlement
- Markets will be resolved in accordance with the applicable Market Rules.
- The Market Rules may identify the sources, data providers, official results, resolution mechanisms or other criteria used to determine the outcome of a Market.
- Resolution or settlement may be delayed where information required to determine the outcome is unavailable, delayed, ambiguous, disputed or subject to circumstances requiring additional review.
- Once a Market has been resolved in accordance with the applicable Market Rules, the resulting settlement will be processed in accordance with those rules.
- Where resolution is determined by a Third-Party Service, PredictGlobe does not control and cannot alter the outcome, and is not responsible for any resolution that you consider to be incorrect.
- PredictGlobe may take reasonable measures to investigate circumstances that may materially affect the integrity or validity of a Market or its settlement.
11.Deposits and account balances
- Users may deposit funds through payment methods made available by PredictGlobe from time to time.
- Available payment methods may vary based on jurisdiction, currency, technical availability, payment-provider requirements and other factors.
- Deposits may be subject to minimum and maximum limits, transaction fees, processing requirements and other conditions disclosed through the Platform.
- Where deposits are made in digital assets, you are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network to the correct address. Deposits sent incorrectly may be permanently lost, and PredictGlobe has no obligation to recover them.
- PredictGlobe may delay, reject, reverse or restrict a deposit where reasonably necessary due to technical, security, fraud-prevention, compliance or legal considerations.
- Funds held in connection with your Account are not a deposit with a bank, are not insured by any governmental scheme and are not protected by any deposit-guarantee or investor-compensation scheme.
12.Withdrawals
- Eligible Users may request withdrawals using supported withdrawal methods.
- Withdrawals may be subject to applicable limits, fees, processing times, security controls, payment-provider requirements and other conditions displayed through the Platform.
- PredictGlobe may delay or restrict a withdrawal where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, security incidents, prohibited conduct or other circumstances requiring review.
- Withdrawals above thresholds published through the Platform may be subject to manual review and additional checks.
- PredictGlobe may request additional information where reasonably necessary before completing a withdrawal.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, blockchain network, third-party provider and other circumstances outside PredictGlobe's reasonable control.
13.Fees and charges
- PredictGlobe charges fees in connection with the Services.
- Such fees may include, without limitation: trading fees; withdrawal fees; network or blockchain transaction fees; payment-processing fees; and other fees expressly disclosed before or in connection with a transaction.
- Trading fees are charged on executed Orders regardless of whether the resulting position is profitable.
- Current applicable fees are published in the PredictGlobe Fee Schedule, which forms part of these Terms.
- You are responsible for reviewing the applicable fees before completing a transaction.
- PredictGlobe may modify its fees prospectively by updating the published Fee Schedule, with such notice as is required by Applicable Law.
14.Restricted jurisdictions and geographic restrictions
- Access to certain Services or Markets is prohibited or restricted in certain countries, territories or regions.
- PredictGlobe maintains a separate Restricted Countries and Regions Policy identifying jurisdictions from which access to specified Services is prohibited or restricted. That Policy forms part of these Terms and may be updated at any time.
- Restrictions may be imposed based on Applicable Law, regulatory requirements, sanctions, licensing considerations, payment restrictions, risk controls or other legitimate considerations.
- You must not access or use the Services where doing so is prohibited by Applicable Law or by the Restricted Countries and Regions Policy.
- PredictGlobe uses IP address, device information, geographic information and other technical indicators to detect and enforce geographic restrictions.
- Using a virtual private network, proxy or other means to obscure your location in order to access the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction is a material breach of these Terms.
15.Sanctions and prohibited persons
- You represent and warrant that you are not:
- subject to applicable economic or trade sanctions;
- listed on an applicable sanctions or restricted-person list;
- owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, a sanctioned or prohibited person;
- located in a jurisdiction subject to restrictions applicable to your use of the Services; or
- otherwise prohibited by Applicable Law from accessing or using the Services.
- If your status changes such that any representation in this Section is no longer accurate, you must immediately cease using the Services and notify PredictGlobe.
- PredictGlobe may restrict or terminate access where it reasonably determines that continued access may violate Applicable Law or expose PredictGlobe, its Users or its service providers to material legal or compliance risk.
16.User responsibilities and prohibited conduct
- You agree to use the Services only in an authorised, lawful and appropriate manner and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not:
- violate Applicable Law;
- commit or facilitate fraud;
- provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;
- impersonate another person;
- use another person's Account or hold more than one Account;
- circumvent geographic restrictions;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or to any Account;
- introduce malicious code or software;
- conduct denial-of-service attacks;
- exploit vulnerabilities or technical errors;
- reverse engineer the Platform, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by Applicable Law;
- scrape, crawl or harvest Platform data without authorisation;
- use automated trading tools or bots without PredictGlobe's prior written consent;
- overload or impair the Platform;
- use the Services for unlawful purposes; or
- otherwise engage in conduct that may harm PredictGlobe, its Users or the integrity of the Platform.
17.Market integrity and prohibited trading practices
- Users must not engage in conduct intended to manipulate, distort or improperly influence Markets or Market prices.
- Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: spoofing; wash trading; fictitious transactions; front-running; layering; coordinated or collusive trading; cornering or attempted cornering; artificially influencing prices; entering Orders without a genuine intention to transact; creating a false or misleading appearance of Market activity; manipulating liquidity; exploiting confidential information where prohibited by Applicable Law; trading on information obtained through a breach of a duty of trust or confidence; using authority or influence over an underlying event to improperly affect a Market position; and any other trading practice that PredictGlobe reasonably determines to be abusive, manipulative, disruptive or inconsistent with Market integrity.
- PredictGlobe may investigate suspected violations and may take action including restricting trading, cancelling or adjusting affected activity where permitted, suspending Accounts, restricting withdrawals or terminating access. Our Market Integrity page sets out how this is detected and handled.
18.Wallet and blockchain responsibilities
- Where the Services involve digital assets or blockchain wallets, you are solely responsible for understanding and securely operating your wallet.
- PredictGlobe will never request your private keys, seed phrases or wallet passwords.
- You are responsible for verifying transaction details, including wallet addresses, networks, amounts and applicable fees, before authorising a transaction.
- Transactions submitted to blockchain networks are generally irreversible.
- PredictGlobe may not be able to reverse, cancel or recover a blockchain transaction after submission or confirmation.
- Blockchain transactions may require network fees, which may be non-refundable and are generally borne by the User.
- Digital assets, including stablecoins, may lose value, become illiquid or be frozen by their issuers. PredictGlobe does not guarantee the value of any digital asset.
- PredictGlobe does not guarantee the functionality, security, availability or performance of any blockchain network, smart contract or third-party protocol.
19.Third-Party Services and infrastructure
- The Platform integrates with and provides access to services, applications, networks, protocols, payment providers, data providers, infrastructure providers and other third parties (“Third-Party Services”).
- Third-Party Services may be subject to separate terms, conditions and privacy policies, which you agree to comply with when you use them.
- PredictGlobe does not control Third-Party Services and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, functionality or continued operation.
- Your use of a Third-Party Service is undertaken at your own risk.
- PredictGlobe will not be responsible for losses resulting from the independent acts, omissions, failures, exploits, insolvency or interruptions of Third-Party Services, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
20.Risk acknowledgment
- Participation in Markets involves significant financial risk.
- You acknowledge and understand that you may lose up to 100% of the funds committed to a position or transaction.
- Risks include, without limitation: market volatility; price fluctuations; limited liquidity; transaction failure; execution risk; resolution and settlement risk; technology failures; blockchain risks; smart-contract risks; cybersecurity risks; Third-Party Service failures; digital-asset value risk; regulatory and legal changes; unexpected events; and the possibility of total loss.
- You should carefully consider whether participation is appropriate for your circumstances and financial resources.
- You should never use funds that you cannot afford to lose.
- Past performance, historical prices or previous Market outcomes do not guarantee future results.
- The PredictGlobe Risk Disclosure forms part of these Terms and you confirm that you have read it.
21.Responsible participation
- PredictGlobe encourages Users to participate responsibly and only with funds they can afford to lose.
- PredictGlobe provides tools and controls that may include: deposit limits; trading or spending limits; loss limits; cooling-off periods; time-outs; self-exclusion; account restrictions; and account closure.
- Users may set applicable controls through the Platform or by contacting PredictGlobe Support at support@predictglobe.com.
- The PredictGlobe Responsible Participation Policy describes these tools in more detail and forms part of these Terms.
- PredictGlobe may introduce additional responsible-participation measures where required by Applicable Law or considered appropriate for the Services.
22.Intellectual property rights
- PredictGlobe and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Platform, including its software, design, interface, trademarks, logos, content, databases and other proprietary materials, except where otherwise stated.
- Access to the Platform does not grant you ownership of or any rights in PredictGlobe's intellectual property except for a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, publicly display, commercially exploit or otherwise use PredictGlobe's proprietary materials without appropriate authorisation.
- All third-party trademarks and service marks displayed through the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.

- The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
26.Platform availability and modifications

- PredictGlobe may modify, suspend, restrict, replace or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
- PredictGlobe will not be responsible for losses arising solely from temporary or permanent unavailability of a Service, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
27.Account suspension and termination
- You may close your Account at any time after withdrawing your available balance, subject to any open positions resolving in accordance with the applicable Market Rules.
- PredictGlobe may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including where: you breach these Terms; you provide false or misleading information; you engage in prohibited conduct; you attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions; fraud or abuse is suspected; security concerns arise; applicable sanctions or restrictions apply; continued access creates material legal or compliance risk; or required by Applicable Law or a competent authority.
- PredictGlobe may also suspend or restrict specific functionality while investigating suspected violations or security concerns.
- Where legally permissible, PredictGlobe will provide notice of suspension or termination and, unless prohibited by Applicable Law or a competent authority, will permit you to withdraw any remaining available balance.
- Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
